Terms, Cancellations and Refunds Policy
We would like to bring your attention to our Terms and Policies regarding bookings of Tours and / or activities with Flava Machines (Pty) LTD T/A Flava Outdoor Adventures.
Terms & Conditions
1. Customers to please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled Tour time to check in and start your Training and Tour on time. If customers arrive late, we will NOT let you join a Tour group that has already started training and your money will not be refunded.
2. A signed indemnity form is required prior to any Tour departure.
3.Training is provided and is included in all the Tour times. Within minutes of first stepping on one of our Gliders, Quads, Trikes or Go karts, you will have a basic feel for its intuitive operation. We’ll teach you how to ride and will talk about safety.
4. Children must be 10 years and over to participate
5. There is a Maximum weight Limit of 115kg for a Customer to use one of our Vehicles.
6. We do not allow Expectant / Pregnant mothers to participate in any tour activities!
7. Strictly, No consumption of Alcohol or Smoking while on a Tour. Customers who arrive to a Tour Visibly intoxicated will not be allowed to join a Tour group, and your Money will not be Refunded.
8. While participating on a Tour / Activity, the Vehicle is under your control and relies on you to control its direction and speed. As with any device, you must ride with care and always be an observant Operator to avoid Hazards / Animals and collisions with Obstacles and be aware of your surroundings and the terrain.
9. At all times Follow the Guides Instructions, out of the best interest of Safety.
10. The Onus is on you the Customer to come equipped, keeping in mind the Weather, ie: Sunscreen, Jacket, Hat, appropriate and comfortable Flat, closed shoes etc.
11. Please note that all activities are weather dependent, in which we endeavor to contact you Prior to your Tour Beginning to inform you of weather related Cancellations. (Whereby, our Refunds and Cancellations Policy will apply)
Refunds & Cancellations Policy
1. Cancellations due to harsh weather will be refunded by the means of a Voucher.
2. Cancellations notice given 1 week or more, prior to tours will be charged at 50% on the total invoice amount.
3. Cancellations within 1 week prior to tours will be charged at full price.
4. A full refund by means of a Voucher, will be granted should Flava Outdoor Adventures cancel any activity in the interest of safety.
5. No Shows = No Refund
6. Late arrivals will be treated as No Shows (Our Vehicles need to be maintained between tour slots, and we are often fully booked for each time slot).
7. Admin fee of R30 for any refunds processed.
8. In the event of tours being rescheduled, Vouchers will be issued for future use. Payments WILL NOT be refunded for any reason.
9. Vouchers will only be given in the event that Weather conditions changed, and at Managements discretion. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
By making a payment into our Bank Account, by way of our Online Booking Platform or at the Venue by means of a Card Payment for a Tour or Activity, It is understood that You have agreed to our Terms, Conditions, Refunds and Cancellations Policy, as stipulated above.
